just dipped a shitload of celery in a shitload of mayo its freakin deliciousnever had this much mayo ever and its very tasty experimentim doing this because my lower back is killing me again its not totally out but close had to lay down every 45 minites at work. otherwise i have infinite energy i started the morning with squats with the dumbell extended as far out from my body as i possibly could parallel to the floorthen about n hour later at work i felt that aching and tightness in my lower back that we all know how that feelswhen i get home research some antiinflamatory stuff as we all know ive tried everything but now that im actually working out hard ontop of working im finding im nneeding more n more shit to heal me the more i exercise......mayonaise is ALA omega 3fish oil is EPA DHA omega 3anyways theres no fuckin way im eating fish for fishoilive read that omega 3 is a very potent anti inflamatorymy back pain is definitly inflamatory related either from diet or alot of exercise or to little exercisei hope this new adventure yeilds releifi pose this question are the omega 3's in mayonaise much different than omega3 in fish oil???i was suprisingly shocked how tasty celery dipped in mayo is!
