Kev missed the mark slightly this year. This was also the first time his physique started to show signs of regression in spots.

He lost too much size from the previous year. He looked better in 2000 imo.

Holds his own against big Ron from the waist up. Unfortunately his legs had decided to check out at this point. How he thinks he's going to build them back almost 18 years later is beyond comprehension.

are you kidding me?  his legs were as good as anybody

i thought 99 was his worst olympia in the 90's, he was a bit bloated and this was the year his legs started to come down in size
