Asshole voters here voted to ban plastic bags.  Didn't realize it would already be in effect.  Went to Target to buy some shit and fucker wanted to charge me 10 cents for a bag.  Went to the grocery store next door and same shit.  I don't want to have to fucking carry bags around everywhere I go.  Californians have voted themselves to be a bunch of fucking baggage handlers now.  Reusing bags is just fucking gross.

I lived their briefly and they charged me $20 recycle fee for a tv.  I returned the tv for other reasons and asked for the $20.  They explained, it was a one time fee for whoever bought the tv first?
Aside from overpriced utilities and cost of living...oh and their overcrowded highways...it's a beautiful landscape filled with many like Rich Piana.  The West coast has trash that trumps the East any day.  That's a big statement.  To be fair, the women are impressive.  You can't go to a Target without creeping on a half dozen of them.
The plastic bag law sounds on par for that state.  A very delusional group.  Just look at how they vote every 4 years.

The dumbass state a few years ago passed a temporary tax that was  supposed to be for two years. Seven years later it was still around, they put it on the ballot to make it permanent and people voted Yes.  Why the fuck does anyone vote Yes to raise taxes?  Are people happy giving their money away to the California gov that just wastes every penny of it?

You would prob feel different when you were living in the ocean. Here in Europe we had the same change, no big deal since plastic bags suck with groceries. In case I want a plastic bag, I pay 10 cents extra. Again, no big deal.

If I forget bags from the car, we just fill out the cart, and then put it in the car.

been like this in Canada for years now...you want a bag... 5 cents. + 1 cent tax so its 6 cents/bag yet 13% tax on 5 cents is not a full cent so its flawed math and where in the fuck do the millions of dollars these grocery stores/walmart etc make from the sale of plastic bags actually go? Its just a bullshit additional tax under the guise of helping the environment....total bullshit!!!!!!!!!
