he's doing the NY Pro. Supposed to be near contest shape already, planning to be ready 6 weeks out then coast in. Dunno what his shape will be (many look awful once they reach new levels of conditioning)

Don't worry, Tamali will show up like shit as he usually does.

The only only way Tamali could make shawn ray look like an idiot, is if he put a shawn ray mask on while he does his posing at the NY Pro.

Of course, I could be wrong since he is hitting the machine leg press and spotted flyes pretty hard these days!
