A Mustang doing 208mph? Maybe it was km/h.

Too bad he wasn't a cop so he could get away with it:

Dash cam video shows Ark. police chief speeding, not given ticket

After the trooper made a quick joke about getting a call because the truck was going so fast, the officer can be heard saying, “I had you locked in at 107.” Randle responded, “It won’t do 107. It’ll only do 95.”

The officer then responded that he was driving 90 miles an hour and that Randle was still pulling away from him. They laugh a bit more, and then, roughly 45 seconds after the trooper first approached Randle’s window, the officer can be heard saying, “See you later, Chief,” as the two men walk back to their cars and Randle drives away.

As the trooper entered his car, the officer asked him how fast he had Randle driving. The trooper responded, “71 at the curve.”

Did you even read the story? It said the car was heavily modified. Yeah, a mustang gt can get up there in speed. It it was going over 200mph it probably was pushing well over 600hp with a long final drive. My question is with that speed why did he get caught?

Ya some of these guys think for some reason he bought it off the showroom floor that that. Heavily modified means heavily modified...

Coyote motor can make a shit load of power with some boost. 'Heavily modified' in most peoples eyes means an exhaust system hid lights and a bodykit.

Heavily modified in reality is a built out car with like 20k dumped into a nasty motor and turbo setup. Bring 600+ whp and the right gear ratios and over 200 mph is doable in any car.

Heres an excellent example
