no i took all the weight gainers in the 90's . i remember gaining every singlworkout then i had it all planned out like i just knew id have a 500 bench in a year i was so confident that was going to happen.

Here in Italy there was nothing edible before the end of the 90s.
All powders we not dissolving in water, tasted like frozen horse piss and were too expensive.

We used to put tuna and spaghetti in a blender, tasted better

This product and one from Healthy 'N Fit tasted great.

I only used them as post workout nutrition, and I got them for free.

The best Vitol product ever made was their egg protein.  It was the best tasting on the market.  I believe it was endorsed by none other than Venom Vince Versace due to the addition of bee pollen.
