He was busted selling gear. I believe his wife was as well. A lot of talk about him being a rat to reduce his sentence and the guy he ratted on died. Conveniently for Phil since he took credit ;-) nudge nudge for the guy dieing early. I forget his name. Phil mentioned it In a fb msg to me a while back when he and i were arguing... convenient for Phil in that the guy who he supposedly ratted on or who has information on him isn't around anymore to remind people about Phil.
He used his "celebrity", if you could call it that, to push his peptides and push his super pricey totally bunk follistatin and anybody who questioned it was quickly banned

He's pretty proud of his Night of Champions appearance and being told by a judge that he look like "the poster boy for steroid abuse"(see his pics... lots of thick striated dense muscle but also greasy oily bad skin matching greasy, oily hair, dark "androgen" skin, etc) after asking what he placed so low.
