Equality double standards?

How can civil rights leaders attend and/or support historically black colleges ( HBC's) but protest  segregation?
Why doesn't anyone protest  mostly blacks playing in the NBA?
If  10 black dudes  playing in the game , nobody says a word.

But, GOD forbid, if only white guys are playing in an NHL game, they start yelling about the need for diversity in hockey.

I remember seeing some health clubs that offered "woman only" training areas.
Imagine the female outrage if they had a men's only area.

I'm against racism , but this kind of double standard never made sense to me.
Why do we only need "diversity" when white folks are involved?

How about the lowering of standards, both mental and physical, so that racial minorities and women, can qualify for civil service positions?

You know the whine: "Whaa! Whaa! Whaa! I can't pass the test. It be discriminatin' against me!" Yeah shithead, that's what tests are designed to do, discriminate against those, who are too stupid to pass them!
