You would need some carbs to survive long term. This is basically zero carbs for the rest of your short life. Vitamins will not make up the fact that you are not getting any carbs. Even low carb diets include some through vegetables etc.

I would do this if I know I can cheat on the diet. If not hell no keep the 500.
