What was the most helpful advice you learnt?
You don't need nearly as many calories as people think to "maintain muscle" while cutting.
I got lean, drug free, in about 6 weeks using his advice, and was able to stay lean all through last summer, and the summer before that. I "bulk up" for the winter, because I'm a natural fatass and can't stay away from chocolate bars and cake... but I know using his methods I can get to a ripped physique in pretty much no time.
