Maybe they don't look like the websites a fortune-500 company would put up, but they don't look bad by any means, and are appropriate for a small company that doesn't want to spend a fortune. So what if he uses "frontpage" or whatever? I don't know how to use it, and if I wanted to put up a small vanity site I'd pay him to do it so I wouldn't have to buy the software and spend hours fuccking around figuring out how to use it myself.

True.  If you want a high-end site which can win awards, I can recommend you to 2-3 competitors that specialize in that.  Your pricetag will start at 1200 and up.  

If you're looking for a small store, a members area, pic galleries, and dynamic content for small business, $300 for everything is a steal.  

Two new sites I'll be launching for an IFBB pro and a top NPC female will be coming out next week, and they're going to be, by far, the most visually creative sites I've done so far.  Also a top NPC male competitor is launching a flash site next week that will be similar to the rhino site: www.londonisburning.com only a different style.  

And, I am taking some time off to improve my flash and database skills, and will come back in 2 weeks with a WHOLE new product offering.  Same $300 price tag, tho!

But as I read on I can't believe you take this guy seriously (Vince) Your like the bully who wants to beat up the school geek because he said something against you, wow I guess that makes you a tough guy are you going to take his lunch money too? I've also read the thread (awhile back) about you and Ernie Taylor, I think he called you out but I guess it never happend but even if it did it would have been rediculous since Ernie has about as much funtionality as a fighter as you do as a marathon runner. Dude, if your so into fighting call someone with some credibility (ex; Kimo, Tank, Tito, Liddel) or ANY UFC fighter for that matter. But it's good to see you bring yourself down to other peoples levels on a bodybuilding message board! BTW, Kimo, Tank and Tito are former clients!

If Vince wants the fight then all Guy has to do is pick up the gauntlet .

I had a call out a few years back in our last gym . That gym had a Boxing club , a Kick Boxing club  and of a large family of weight lifters/bodybuilders/powerlifters.  All 3 groups thought that they were superior so the banter was great for a while . During one heated exchange this bloody kick boxer ( we'll call him  BAD GUY for the sake of this tale ) smacked my training partner while he was doing triceps pushdowns . All hell broke loose and when the dust settled I had somehow agreed to a challenge fight with the BAD GUY .

I was all pumped up so I suggested we fight the following weekend . This delay gave the BAD GUY extra confidence which suited me .

The day of the fight approached and when I arrived at the gym with my mates there was a group of boxers there that I knew from my own boxing days . By the time I got to the ring the BAD GUY didn't look half as confident as he did during that week . The rules were simple . NO weapons , NO biting , NO head butts , NO stamping on head , NO gouging of eyes and NO rounds . We both wore pads on our hands and feet and the fight would end with a knockout or a submission .

Unfortunately the fight was an anticlimax like most of these sort of things . The BAD GUY bounced alot of his toes , cursed alot and then threw a few feeler kicks before he stepped in . Now I love BRUCE LEE movies but all those bloody flash kicks are so easy to block or catch especially at the start of a fight when energy levels and reflexes are at their highest . The BAD GUY's first real attack was so pathetic . I think most of these guys are too worried about getting hit themselves that their punches/kicks lack conviction and power . I half caught his kick with my left arm and half caught it on my side  . I then had him at my mercy so I punched him square on the chin . He wasn't knockout out so I pulled him to the ground sat on his chest and gave him a short left hook . Goodnight Vienna . I was half expecting a mini-riot at the end of the fight but by knocking the BAD GUY out so quickly I think his mates were more shocked than angry .

Now I am no tough guy but I was tougher than him . In my experience REAL tough guys RARELY call out fights . THE MORE THEY TALK THE LESS THAN CAN DO is a saying I got from my grandpa and as I grew up I learned exactly what that meant .

I have a funny feeling that this fight between Guy and Vince could end just as quick as mine so I don't think it will be released on a 2 DVD boxset .
