You don't need to do squats. Myth. In fact for tall guys its harder to do. Everyone is wrapped up in the SOCIAL MEDIA WHORING of big asses sticking out and saying "My Girl Squats". They're full of shit. Some of those Pro's I used to hang with did a leg workout in 40-45 minutes. That's all they ever worked out. The reason Pro's shut their mouths is because there will always be a big mouth saying "All drugs" "lazy" etc. etc. You'd be surprised what Pro's say they do and what they actually do. I will say this though...the 4-5 Pro's that I knew...all squatted. Oh well.
