How do you guys measure rice? Before it's cooked or after? I never really knew the proper way of doing this.
Uncooked usually...why do you stress over these things though? You always look great.
I believe the published nutritional content its raw. Water content (weight) of it cooked can vary alot. If you are counting calories you should do it raw. At least i did when i competed.
Yes pre-cooked.By the way, i used to put a spoon of olive oil to cook 400grams of rice, so its does get like bitumen. Is there a way of making it eatable without any oil at all?
