If you really want to know what ancient is, I started out posting on alt.binaries.bodybuildin g.  If you posted on "Newsgroups" like me, Ron, Dan Duchaine, TC, Patrick Arnold, etc in the early to mid 90's then you are a true original.  I started out on the internet in 1992 when I bought a used Atari 1040STF...in my opinion, the best computer I ever owned

I remember newsgroups/bulletin boards. That's what hooked me on the internet, despite the absence of any graphics, just walls of text. It was groundbreaking in it's time.

i was here in 99 but mostly with the meso board....at sum point back then some of the boards were changing their set up to more what they are  like nowdays.....back then it was much better.....not many cops on the boards and HARDLY ANY BUSTS....not many letters from FBI  sayin they are keepin ur stuff........also in 98 99  GHB was still legal!!  that stuff was the best for sleeping and waking up so energized.

Absolutely.....I've posted far less since May of this year and it's been so much better.  Started solid training/dieting mid-August and I've dropped 55lbs.  Still going too.....much less attention on the foolishness of this board and far more attention on myself.  Learning everything I did on the boards early on jaded me towards my efforts, but I finally woke up and said this place is a dumpster fire full of morons.
