I am going to start HIT training on mon lifting only 3 days a week and spend the rest of my time stuffing my face with food to get to 300 pounds, chatting with dorian he said there is a misconception that HIT will lead to injuries and it was because of HIT why he got injured training for the olympia.
Dorian says that is not the case the problem was everytime he got some pain from wear and tear in the gym he ignored it and never took any time off and eventually these pains became serious injuries, he says looking back he should have listen to his body and taken time off but if you do HIT with good form and concentrate on the muscle you wont get injured.
