Phil Heath and all huge pros do partial reps, you fools don't get it when your huge your range of motion is smaller due to size, 98% of you are twinks who have never had any real size so all your posts and experience of really lifting and having size is non-existent!
there's a difference between partial reps the likes of Heath etc do and what CT does
Partial reps definitely have their place, great way to overload a range. All reps can be broken down into ranges and some ranges hold more tension on target muscle than others etc
but I think, in fact I'm convinced what CT does most of the time is for the camera and to get hits on videos. He definitely does use heavy partials like all powerlifters but not like some of the silly stuff in his videos. He knows how to train and build muscle, some of his training videos are bang on point, some are definitely exaggerated for views.
