I've been interviewing for 3 weeks for 4-5 people to hire, I've had an equal number of people not show up to their appointments as that have showed up. If people were underemployed you would think they would show up for an interview that would potentially easy their financial burden. Since they are not, one has to assume that most people are NOT underemployed and you're just being a negative Nancy.
