LOL, that's all you read is non-fiction. Unless of course you are saying that science is absolute 
I read fiction sometimes, rarely, I don't find I gain much from it. Gravity's rainbow was awesome, and some other classics as well. I like Lem oddly enough.
Science is simply a way of gathering information. It's a third person enterprise that brackets out much of experience.
