Is ejaculation a good way to rid the body of toxic heavy metals?

I'm having trouble finding any research regarding this. I think it probably work pretty damn good in theory. A lot of toxins probably concentrates to the seminal fluids. So this is my idea anyway. Any research to back it up? I only found research that semen contain lead if you are exposed to lead which is a metal I happen to be targeting, as everyone has this. So are there anymore established facts to this theory?

Zeolite, kelp, chlorella, charcoal, pectin and NAC are just a few off the top of my head.

Not blowing your load frequently enough increases prostate cancer risk due to build up of carcinogens.

Definitely takes the edge off, ridding toxins not so sure and highly doubtful.
