Hes training but got a fucked neck.  Check him out on youtube he posts frequently under sams fitness.  Hasnt shrunk at all really.

ive seen some videos of him training on youtube and i figure everything he do i should do the opposite because physique wise we have nothing in common  :D

he never goes below 20 reps in the leg press for example

Most people have quite shitty genetics. And they - or we - are never going to look like male models or pro bodybuilders.
That's cold fact which I think is not told enough to people these days. Genetics determine everything. You can't overcome genetics.
