How much I gained using Russian Bear?

I used to be skinny, I wanted to change that, It wasn't easy, but it was worth it.

I weighed around 150 lbs and I was 6.1 feet tall. I was taller than average. People thought I was skinny. Then I came across the Russian Bear 10000 weight gainer. I put weight on. Now clothes fit me like never before.

I started working out, by going to the gym at least 4 days a week, and having Russian Bear 10000 weight gainer to richen my diet was a good addition, I ended up gaining around 30 lbs to become 180 lbs in about 4 months.

Russian Bear 10000 Weight Gainer

First impressions about Russian Bear 10000 weight gainer is, there isn't much reviews about it online, I was kind of hesitating to buy it at first, but I did based on my friend's recommendations, he told me that he takes it when he wants to bulk.

When I ordered Russian Bear, I found it to be a little cheaper than familiar products such as Serious Mass, and Pro Complex even though they are great especially Pro Complex by Optimum nutrition.

I received my protein in a few days later, it was in good condition, no holes in the bucket or any suspicious things from the outside, it’s just good to make sure of that, because during shipping a lot could happen, and if anything happened I would return it, usually most websites have this in their returning policy.

Because I was so excited to taste the protein powder, I jumped right in and mixed one scoop with cold milk, about 20 to 30 seconds, and I have to say that it mixes really nice and I felt no chunks when drinking it, by the way Russian Bear Nutrition recommends 6 scoops a day, but honestly taking just 3 or 4 scoops a day is enough for regular guys.

The taste was astonishing, because I was taking Serious Mass, and Whey Protein before I thought it maybe have the same taste, since it’s chocolate vs. chocolate after all, but it turned out to be something else completely, it tastes so sweet, I wondered I might have diabetes out of this, so, this sweetness comes of a large amount of sugar they put in apparently, that's the only con I could notice, people with sugar anxiety or diabetes they probably should check with their doctor first.

During taking Russian Bear I never notice any stomach disturbance, or any laziness, I was pretty much of the time excited to go to the gym and start working out as hard as I can, and I started to notice gains after one week.

I sometimes have 1 scoop of the Russian Bear in the mornings, with milk at breakfast, and after training, I would go straight in and consume 2 scoops with cold water, and just before bedtime, I would have 1 scoop mixed with yogurt and 5 to 7 almond grains, to help me recover, that's what my gym trainer advised me.

To sum up, I highly recommend Russian Bear 10000 weight gainer, to anybody who is looking to bulk up, if you asked anybody who tried it, they will confirm it.
