I can go all day without eating, I occasionally do if I feel bloated.
Its not difficult.
I've been doing intermittent fasting for 2 weeks now, going into my third week. Did it in the spring, as well. Its very easy for me to eat nothing until around 2 or 3pm, I'm always hungrier at night. Perfect diet for me and gets me lean. Unless you're on a boatload of gear, have meso genetics, and are trying to be a competitive/pro bodybuilder, there is really no need to eat as much as the pros eat. You'll just ruin your body comp and look like you don't even lift, its happened to me a few times.
