As title says, my gf's coach creates her split.
Split includes days that I feel are completely random..
ei. Face pulls, tricep push downs, single are row, rope bi curl.
Now to me this seems kinda of dumb, where's my pump?
I've been working out for 10 years now so I'm a dr of bro science and have seen great natty season and have had some fat seasons also...
Question is will this routine also "work" for me (not lose muscle) or is this just a guideline? I don't want to seem confrontational with her coach by asking since this specific coach has many wins personally and by coaching other girls..am I stuck in my ways?
