i only train 3 times a week so i dont have that many chances to get it right.
this is how i prepared for todays training:
i had a big meal, about 1500-2000 calories, this is pushing it for me, i almost felt like fainting.
after that i had a nap for 2 hours.
now im preparing on one hand my pre-workout shake and my post-workout shake.
the pre-workout shake consists of 1 full scope of mesomorph.
the post-workout shake consists of 2 scopes of nectar protein isolate. not sure how much protein that is but should be in the 40-50 grams range.
1-1,5 hour after that while im still in the anabolic window i will make dinner, because of the heavy amount of food earlier i will eat less and settle for about 1000 calories.
for the gym i will listen to the new megadeth album 'dystopia'.
im waching a little bit of ronnie coleman before the gym, its either that or dorian yates, i decided today will be ronnie coleman.
