People watch and listen. If he wasn't charismatic, nobody would tune in and listen to what he had to say.

Hmm, Chris Aceto used to get his wife Laura Creavalle conditioned for shows in the 90s. She was a main threat for Lenda Murray. And then his main client was Jay Cutler, who we remember came in his best shape in 2009.
Do we know if Dexter has worked with Aceto before to establish that he is "better" than Farah? Especially since Aceto has been doing this for about 20 some years?
