I always laugh when I see these stupid numbers,it has to be 2500 calories, it has to be 66 grams of fat, it has to be 200 grams of protein, it has to be 15 almonds etc, this is all a bunch of crap, to keep it simple 3 meals daily with natural unprocessed foods, high carb meal in the morn with a piece of fruit, medium carb meal in afternoon and low carb meal at night with protein, vegetables, healthy fats and a bit of saturated fat its that simple, why do people try to turn dieting into brain surgery.
