That is so true - and taking the time to walk them to a point directly under hard halogen lighting to get that sharp tricep separation is simply going that extra mile....

Someone better than me at searching this place could probably post it up, but at some point in the last year to year and half maybe, there was a shot of Big Mike doing his hospital thing where it looked as though he'd chosen the pose and lighting to favourably highlight his tricep development.  A lot of joshing and fun was had by all...

Now I'm not saying he does this on purpose, but...

 

I wonder if he knocks the poor handicapped kid off her walker so he can do dips and stay pumped.

The way I look at it, Mike is a pretty decent guy who does a lot of nice things for people- but also is aware of the power of a great pic to show off his physique, haha.

The glamorous Zsa Zsa and her two muscular (and completely non homosexual) friends, Mike and Francois teach us a workout that will please the man in your life (not that the completely non homosexual Mike and Francois would know).

Seeing the musclemen move Zsa Zsa into a variety of positions as the star continually refers to them as 'dahlings' is completely amazing viewing. Zsa Zsa's flirting is incredible and it's clear that she does not give a shit about working out. We cannot stress how perfect this video is.
