These types of products are very hard on your body, more then the value of the product. If you are looking to supplement your regiment with these types of products going with the "real" thing is far safer, more efficient and cheaper.
Don't take this as recommendations that you should turn to the “Dark Side” I never recommend anyone doing that. That's a choice that has to be made by one personally.
