Tested pos for 5 benzos? Wtf. False pos?

Saw tox screen from august. 7 drugs total, 5 of which were benzos. Etc.

Now it may be possible that I was in the hospital for alcohol withdrawal in the week prior but it would most likely would he only Been overnight and I would-ve driven myself home.

Diazepam 20ng/DL (its plausible they gave me valium)
Lorazepam 49ng (I know they gave me ativan)

But these 3? No fucking way...

Nordizapam 102ng
Temaxapam <5ng
...those are all short acting benzos (except temaz/restoril) & should bee cleared pretty quick.

Also had hydroxizine detected (antihistamine)
And gabapentin at 14.9mg/DL

BAC was also .30

*btw, wasn't driving. I got home from the store, went inside and put down about 4-5gulps (maybe 3oz per gulp) of vodka before going back outside to smoke a cigar when a cop pulled up. Id already been home nearly 10mins by the time I Went back outside.

If if had a cocktail of 5 benzos in me, I wouldn't have needed to drink any alcohol. Lol

The short acting benzos are false positives caused by the metabolites of the other benzos. The Ativan and diazepam/Valium are the most used in the hospital and are especially useful to help with alcohol withdrawal. Hope everything is well esfitness.

Never got pulled over. Lady behind me at cvs saw me  buy vodka at about 9pm on my way home from the gym, then apparently she turned out to be behind me up the road to muy house. The street is wide and dark n cats run out from across the street so most ppl drive towards the middle (there's no lines... Country Club roads) the pulling in there's a 2.5ft sunken in spot that I drove around at the entrance. I guess she thought I was drunk and called the cops. Bitch also said I drove over the grass pulling in... If
The only grass to drive over has a 2ft drop lol no fucken way my car wouldn't high-risk on that.. And the rest is surrounded in shrubs.

I'd already been home long enough to gulp down a lot of the vodka and change out of my shirt by the time I Went back outside and the cop pulled up.

Did have a lil altercation with the cops. (I was a lil its annoyed at being accused of drunk driving).. Took 5 cops to put me down and lucky I didn't get charged with resisting arrest and assualt on 2 officers.

If I had access to that many benzos I wouldn't have been drinking. Lol.

I still havnt had time to check if those Benzo blood levels are high or low. But I'm fairly certain I hadn't had anything in me for a week (and even then it would've only been what benzos (which should only be ativan n valium.. And 3 days of 2mg/day ativan after being released).

*& I don't have "cross contaminated gear" dipshit. Infact I don't believe I was on anything whatsoever at the time. Add to the fact that is used gear AND been tested and came up clean in the past.

I'm clean now and have been for a while. & btw I've never had a problem with benzos. If I did, id say so.

On a side note re the drug screen, years ago I got tested at the doctor as per my work(family business) I went in saying I was clean even though I went on a tear the night before after not doing anything for 6 weeks. I drink, snorted coke, smoked crack.

anyways the test came back for booze, cocaine methamphetamine and morphine

moral of the story, I only knowlingly ingested 3 things and tested positive for five(well 6 if you include stupidity), so you never quite know what you may be ingesting or maybe even in blackouts

Hasn't said much yet. I asked if me headbutting a cop was in the discovery she said " haha yea" & said the da hasn't filed charges "yet" or the other cop I knocked down.

I gotta excuse though. Can say I tripped because I was still limping from duplicating my ankle a cpl months earlier (ruptured all ligaments on the outside and partial Achilles rupture... Happened at 4am and I still drove to LA to make a delivery at 8am and walked around on it all that day.. Spentvthe night at a lady's house in the valley.. Walked around on it all Saturn's next day and finally went to the ER that night after everybody telling me I needed to lol. Shit looked f'n gross. When it happened it sounded like 3 broomstick snapping and I fell straight back thinking shit.. I just broke my leg. Ain't that a Bitch. Lol

Just remembered what triggered that relapse... Found out my Gf at the time (Korean girl.. Smokin body.. 42yrs old and worked for a wealth management company in down town la... And was a model. Plus i was pissed so i refused a field sobriety test/breathalyzer.. Had to get a warrant for my blood while already on the way to the hospital.
