Try training 8 days per week for even more gains, planet fitness has a christmas sale on 120 pound dumbbells get down there asap before they sell it off.

Frankly Marty, I expected more from you.

Set up a full scale Tesla coil and allow it to change the force on some solid iron DB's via voltage levels .
Do your reps inside a faraday cage with room for your arms to fit thru on the sides.
Wear some full length rubber gloves with sleeves and you should get massive.
