I am 220 pounds, 8-10% BF 6.05 foot tall. Will be off aas for 4 months to get my body a break. then it is back on primo test.

I was wondering on hgh dose for mma/bjj while off aas. planning on 4.5 IU ED with some cardarine. can do up to 9 iu ED but dont want to hurt endurance with too much water weight but want to stay lean and train like a madman.

Been on gh for almost 3 years.

4-5 should be fine for bjj.
