Baking soda!

I'm actually curious to try this. Anyone here have any experience with baking soda preworkout?

Yes, it had zero effect on me.

I burped furiously seconds after taking it.

I read up on it some more. I'm still interested in trying it out and seeing what it does.

Yeah, Tony in the video said you have to drink it with a ton of water, otherwise you'll feel bloated and uncomfortable. The website I linked also recommends 1L of water with .3g for every kg of bodyweight.

Hasnt Falcon been recommending this for years? Falcon is way above the average person when it comes to brains and Brawn...

Good for reducing acidity in the body but apple cider vinegar is better, and without the sodium

Apple cider vinegar is itself acidic, but when it enters the stomach it has alkalizing effect.

I tried vinegar and baking soda. Didn't work out so well.
