165 pounds is borderline anorexic in street clothes you literally disappear in a crown nobody sees you its like you dont exist.

Powerlifters bench more with their triceps and back than their chest. You can bench more that way by bringing your elbows in to your sides when benching. But with a medium grip.

You only weigh 165?
