when did you last cleanse and what was your protocol?
Early in the year when I decided to go on low carbs I did a detox to clean up my body because I was eating dirty foods at the time, i start with fasting out of the 24 hours I had all my meals in 8 hours and went 16 hours without food so my body can heal itself, for my diet i had beetroots with kale, spinach and garlic with olive oil, fruits like grapefruit, orange, lemon and drink plenty of green tea, my meals consist of chia seed, quinoa, got my protein from hemp powder,
phil heath is smart to do this when he gets back on the juice and starts eating normal again his body will absorb it a lot better.
