To dig deeper......it's a diagram of what they think could have happened or maybe happened, or didn't happen but might have happened. It's fantasy. They can't even really nail down if these "hacker groups" (oh brother) are actually Russian, let alone being directed by the Russian government. There is no evidence here.
Let us get this straight, right down to it, the measures taken today are actions taken in the event of war or near war. All of this being done and the U.S. govt still hasn't been able to produce one single shred of evidence that links the Russian government to anything that they claimed happened, nor can the media or government produce one single verifiable, named and corroborated source that can speak to any of the prior leaks to the media by "anonymous officials" with "knowledge of the matter...i.e. the fraudulent NYT article and the lame, unsourced WaPo article. And again, this is still about the DNC emails and Podesta emails, nothing else. Problem is that Podesta feel for a 3rd rate phishing scam and technically wasn't hacked. The arguement for "Russian Meddling" in our election is based on the assertion that the RNC wasn't hacked for a reason or it was and the "Meddlers" didn't release it....both of those have been proven false yet this narrative continues...I wonder why.
This is strictly to leave a parting shot at President Trump, to poison the well before he even takes the Oath of Office and to try and box him into a corner from day one. Obama has taken more hard action against a PEOTUS than he has against the Russians and Iranians and Chinese in his 8 years of office.
Think about that.
