my arms are growing!!

it's a little chilly so im wearing my new wool sweater, its not that tight but still its clear that my arms are growing! theyre no close to 18 inches like light weight baby, but still they are growing!

and i dont even train arms - ever!

this is very exciting, i believe i can add 2 inches to my arms in 2017.

Great feeling.
I remember always noticing how my back had widened as the car seat of my fathers car which I occasionally drove got smaller and smaller for my back.

thats just it, when you get back you add quicker. someone who trains year after year will have a harder time to put on muscle.

Yeh that about the size of my wrist , how about you post some pics stud..


Only a few getbiggers ever post pics, the rest develop technical problems along side a whole host if complex reasons why they are unable to
