Stews and meats are delicious when slow cooked, takes all day but is worth the wait... The meat falls to bits, tender , juicy.....

Great for fattier meats especially when done with gravy/stock in the water. Don't like it with leaner meats like chicken, rabbit ect makes it taste watery

This is great advice. Lamb shanks cooked for 8 hours falls off the bone in a great fatty gravy.
