Everyone preps differently
From your pics looks like you have plenty of time to get ready
As you stay in decent condition.
If you Grow into it & with getting leaner / tighter
You should do really well.
All the Best.

current diet
3 poached eggs 2 toast
2 scoops whey skim milk
2 tins tuna with mayo in a wrap or chicken in a wrap
steak , noodles
2 scoops whey skim milk

You know what I am pissed off about is that you decide to do a show when I am bulking If I was not bulking I would ever your show to make you look like a fool next to me although you probably would back out of the show if I did that.

Do you see Getbig, Be There is looking for help with a very positive post. Kudos to Be There!

Now that I've see the photo.

Great calves but they are too big and over shadow your quads. Definitely work on building those quads up.
Arms are stringy. I would look into doing supersets on them and really put the work in.
Chest needs more density and gets lost between the shoulders. Hit the pecs at all angles.

Good luck! May 2019 will be here before you know it. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!

STAY POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now let me critique this horrible cutting diet, take out the dairy products and the whey it will give you a high insulin spike which will stop you from achieving really shredded condition, get some healthy fats, on second thought why am i wasting my time this diet is so shitty I believe that you are trolling.

99.9 pa cent of haters here look more like shizzo than like Be there.

Regarding the diet, i would try near zero fats, high protein and hight carbs for fullness. Keep sodium in check also.

need more protein in that diet

A calorie is just a calorie. Just eat under maintenance. I eat pies, cookies, and drink soda and walk around 4%. No such thing as clean foods and all foods are processed.
