Dexter still looks awesome but these pics are crazy. Seems like he peaked around '06.

I agree. The IFBB judges always felt he needed more mass , wtf?

But he never got the Olympia until he got a bit bigger ( 2008).

Did you guys know that dexter use to complete as a bantamweight at 135 pounds in his twenties I dont think there is any other bodybuilder who has put on as much size as dexter did I would love to know his cycles.

Great physique and phenomenal longevity.
Would be interesting to know is it just his genes or something in his PED regime.

He won the Arnold in 2006, as opposed to four pro shows he won in 2016.  He had many good years - 2012 for example.  In 2012, he may not have been as lean as he was in that photo, but he had more size.  I would find it difficult to pick a best year for Dexter.

Yeah, I was about to say.  It's kind of hard to deny Jay's size.  I would not say Dexter was better than Jay.  Both were great, but I would give that one to Jay, overall.  For conditioning, Dexter all the way.
