My uncle was a farmer. Be er went to gym. Huge hands and forearms. Solid barrel chest and delts/ tri frame. Just from picking things up around the yard. Try tosing hay bails up to the top of the barn if you want a workout.

A lot of farmers are brutally strong, a farmer came with his two sons to buy my mates lathe when he gave up his unit. We had struggled massively a few months earlier getting this lathe out my van and in to his unit, these two young farmers got an end each and casually carried it onto a trailer, was unbelievable.
