I don't think so sarcasm.  I think if you are a thin/stickly guy, you have no right trying to sport them as if you are built (I think those who do that, and there are a lot of those guys at the gym, look really stupid), but if you have broad muscular shoulders, traps, chest and arms...definitely  :P.  I don't think you have to be IFBB level size.

i guess it's a modesty thing, i always wear a t shirt in the gym i just think it's more comfortable, but it seems like the majority of dudes who wear them are 160 lbs., yeah most of them are low bodyfat but they're skinny.

I usually wear the cheapest and most worn out shirts I have. It's not a fashion contest.

Amen to that!  I think it's hilarious when you see people that have an entire gym outfit that consists of Under Armour.  It's funny because they usually buy colors that will make them stand out to the rest of the gym.
Damn, I gotta start checking who's logged in when I post lol.

Anyway, at my old gym in Mass, there was a this very dark, well build guy who wore BRIGHT YELLOW Under Armour sleeveless top and Under Armour capris.  Some times he wore the same outfit in white or red.  You couldn't miss him  roflmao

As long as you think you look decent, not a big deal, use it as motivation not a negative.

Really, there is no reason to wear a shirt if you grunt loudly enough.
