Its 2017 and you are asking such a stupid question if you are in the hospital suffering from burns then glutamine could help you if this is not the case then dont waste your money.

' I spoon it straight into my mouth immediately after training' said dirty Yates in the 90's... I knew a few lads splash out for it genuinely thinking it was vital..

Glutamine is great to feed gut bacteria, leading to a stronger immune system.
However, because its a non-essential amino acid, the body will produce as much as it needs.
Some studies have shown supplementation is beneficial, but only if your gut bacteria is WAY out of whack. If you have a healthy gut, you don't need to supplement.

Its a valid question and Because is 2017 I'm asking this question...there's STILL a bunch of  people and serious athletes out there taking Glutamine  ,it if is a waste of money or not that's another story ...  you're probably more stupid than the question if you deny that ........

I wouldn't go over 6 grams a day. Anymore would be too harsh on the kidneys. ::)

You eliminate what doesn't work, or you carry on spending money by living in blind faith it is doing somthing, it not just supps, there's several drugs and peptides that I've treat in the same fashion..

None of this bullshit see gains in 6month, toe nails growing rubbish, take somthing have an honest run, keep everything the same and drop it.... If your the same in a few months time youd be a moron to spend money on it again

I usually take 6 grams, add a touch of water and vaseline, roll it into a ball and shove it up my anus for full absorption.  Give it a try.

i think a lot of people use a mix of many things hard to know what does what.

price is the major factor for me, any supplement that last 2 weeks and you need to do month after months to get results i avoid.

gotta confuse the body.

anyway i think i read somewhere that taking glutamin gives you hair like go4it, and thats why i take it. i will let my barber tell me if its working or not. manually counting every hair.

sorry bro but most of that is pissed out into the toilet, you could open your wallet take out 20 bucks and flush it down the toilet pretty much the same thing.

No placebo effect though which is where you really see the results.
