Well this morn I did chest shoulders and triceps I went old school hardcore style, heavy bench press, weighted dips, military press, dumbbell lateral raises, triceps push downs and overhead tricep extensions, unlike you I am doing clean lean bulking.
My morning smoothie shake
1 scoop of hemp protein powder
1 scoop of soy lecithin granules
2 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses
tablespoon of flaxseed powder
tablespoon of sesame seeds
1 scoop of mix nuts, brazil, cashew,pistachios, peanuts
intra workout
bottle of coconut water mixed with creatine
post workout
grits made with coconut milk, soy milk, honey and cinnamon.
