His diet was crazy for that movie.  Fish, rice, grapefruit. Think he ended up having a piece of toast every so often after he cut the rice out.

In Rambo III he almost passed out several times and had to rest due to his caloric restriction in order to be so lean and ripped.

Grif is right.  Also, was it Rambo III that he tore his pec muscle because Franco still had him lifting heavy weights?

He actually had to get an implant for a pec muscle I think it was so bad.

Lol, Sly looks terrible in some of those shots from a bbing point of view. His condition was always more impressive than his size anyway.

Franco lost a lot of size right after he won the 81 Olympia. Must have taken his foot off the gas for health reasons.

Back then they would come off the drugs right after the contest was over.  Arnold did the same thing.
