Joking aside, in Atlanta there were three black kids in school (not related either) that had legit middle names of Catfish, Rainbow and Smokey.  This was in 1999 too.

We had a white guy named Rokeemiobascheemioboose.  Pronounced Rah-Kee-Me-Oh-Bah-See-Me-Oh-Booze.  His last name was Smith.
