every year about this time, the people voting for the oscars get copies of the movies sent out to them... usually a dozen or so leak at the same time, this year only a few leaked out on the internet...

we got patriots day about the boston marathon bombing... with mark wahlberg very hard to stand that guy, i had to turn it off after 20 minutes... there's some great actors in the movie - kevin bacon, jk simmons and a, almost didnt recognize, thinner john goodman... but that doesnt help when mark wahlberg gets 90% of the screen time...

then we got hidden figures, some bullshit about 3 black women providing the maths (!) for nasa... in short - if it wasnt for these 3 black women nasa wouldnt be shit, or so were suppose to believe. starring 3 black women you never heard of.

then lala land is out, not sure if its an oscar leak... suppose to be great but hey its among other things a MUSICAL... not sure even getbig is gay enough for that.

and last but not least fences... "A working-class African-American father tries to raise his family in the 1950s" jesus... guess who's starring in that shit? you guessed it? viola davis and denzel...

Yes, that's right...if it wasn't for NASA's human computers, there would be no way to safety launch any space shuttle.  John Glenn and Alan Shepard didn't even want to go up without having these women checking over the numbers.  Its a great historical movie so fuck you and fuck your sister.
