So this dumb ass lady from across the country gives my store a 1 out of 5 and..

  I'm not even opened yet.  totally fucks up my score.  I can't delete it (Facebook page)  What the hell do I do about it?

Thia pisses me off because #1 she's never set foot inside my restaurant and #2 I'm not even freaking open yet?  Sent her a message asking why the heck would she rate a place she's never been too that's not even opened yet.   But no response.

Not sure,  But they are some ugly ass pics, LOL.  Don't even know how she could even rate my restaurant a 1 ou of 5 when I'm on the East coast and she's on the west coast and I'm not even opened up yet.  That's why it pisses me off I guess.  Hell, give me a 1 out of 5 if I deserve it but DAMN, nI'm still doing construction.   Could be someone trying to F with me I guess.

I've done contractual work and know what you mean. If you're doing good work, most people are cool with you. You're gonna get a few unreasonable assholes, nothing you can do about it. The good testimonials will flood out the occasional bad.

There are services out there that clean this up.  Still they post bad reviews on purpose so you pay them to remove it.

I'm opening 5 of them.

Used to have a bunch of Subways.  But Which Wich is on a different level and there's still great locations to put them.

What gets me is that I've been busting my ass on this one for over a year.  Then this old woman from California, clear across the county, having never sat foot in my store (since I'm still doing construction) just out of the blue gave me a 1.  So now as soon as you pop up my store page it shows my average of 1, LOL.  

I messaged her and asked her why would she do this and if she didn't like Which wich, that was fine, but that this was a franchised location that is NOT even opened yet and NOT in California but in North Carolina.  Just ignored me.

Facebook won't do anything about it.  Just posted it here for my fellow GB brothers because I was pissed at the time, LOL.


Just gonna have to let it go I guess.
