I will say this in defense of Bloho, he does look better when he's fatter. His bone structure is meant to support a fat body. When he gets lean his childbearing hips show and his shoulders become very narrow giving him a pear-shaped body. But when he's fatter his arms look bigger, his shoulders look wider, and he actually pulls off an old school powerlifter look (at least from the angle he's sitting and making those bullets).
Look at the difference below, first pic (with the mercedes) he looks like a cancer patient, second pic he looks like what he probably should look like.
