I always thought cycling was better because when I'm off my hdl triples.

Others say it's best to blast and cruise yet give no evidence on why it's better other than the thought that big swings in hormones doesn't seem healthy.

Well I found an article about TRT and in it, it says that people on androgen deprivation for prostate cancer treatment find that no androgens (perhaps like us in Pct ) showed a 2-3 fold increase in heart attacks even as short as 6 months, despite seeing an increase in hdl in those on ADT...

I think I'm starting to lean more to B&C as I read elsewhere that low T increased risk of death even factoring out smoking and obesity etc...

blast all you want, for me I take 4 months off AAS to restard my balls.

I believe time off is needed in the longer run, but who knows. Blood work should be good indicator imo.

i keep the gh year round though.
