loving gear is fine.. only problem i see with being obssesed with it is when you come off... to many guys get down, and see some of there size goin away and some of the strength and get upset and decide to jump right back on the sauce... thats the problem i see with loving it so much.
most guys dont understand the easy parts when your on, its when your off feeling like shit and fightin to keep your gains is what really determines how strong you are... i know right now im no where near the feeling i was while on but you gotta push through, gotta almost force feed the food and lower the weights, check the ego and give your body some rest.. then hop back on the wave again
oh yea im up 23 pounds and still holding in mid pct as we speak from a 16 week cycle,,, wich i think is pretty good considering the last couple months of this was with some horrible ugl stuff that worked but man it had a high ba
